Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase to address any concerns and begin the return process. For returns, we recommend sending the product back via registered Post. We suggest that you prepay all postage costs.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. This includes any risks of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Therefore, we suggest insuring your parcel and providing a tracking number.
